Can't find your concert tickets?
Don't worry. Just try these solutions!
1. First, search your email system ...
... for a message from noreply@boxoffice.theatre.kelowna.ca or search for the subject line "Your E-tickets are ready". If you don't see the message, check your junk or spam folder.
Is it possible that a partner or spouse bought the tickets from a different email account? If so, try looking there.
When you find the email, scroll down. The first thing you’ll see is the option to add your tickets to your Google or Apple Wallet.
If this doesn’t appeal to you, scroll down a little farther until you see the tickets attached as individual PDFs.
You then have several choices. You can….
- print them off (in black and white, if you prefer)
- present the PDF on your mobile device to the scanner at the door.
- take a screenshot of each ticket and save these to your photos for easy access. (You don’t need to include the entire ticket; just make sure the bar code is clearly included on your image.)
Whichever option you choose, please have your tickets ready in your hand or on your phone for quick entry at Evangel Church.
2. If you can’t find your tickets in your email system, you can access them again through your online account with The Box Office.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your account at TheBoxOffice.ca
-
Under “Details” double check that your email address is correct.
-
Select “My Account”
-
Click on “E-Tickets”
You will then see your order. Please note that, if you bought a KCCA subscription, there will be five separate concerts listed. You will need to follow the next steps for each one:
-
add each ticket to your electronic wallet, or
-
click on the PDF symbol that says “Download”. Once you do that, the ticket should wind up in the Downloads folder of your computer or mobile device.
Then, as above, your choices are to…
-
print them off
-
take a screenshot of each ticket and save these to your photos for easy access
-
present the PDF on your mobile phone to the scanner at the door.
3. Still no luck?
The Box Office can adjust your ticket delivery mechanism to "will call" and you can pick them up from The Box Office during their business hours.
The Box Office is open weekdays at two locations:
-
Kelowna Community Theatre: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-
Rotary Centre for the Arts: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
For an additional $4, you can arrange to have paper tickets mailed to you.
You can also email The Box Office at boxoffice@kelowna.ca, or phone them at (250) 469-8940.
4. Important Reminder:
Sorry, but there will be no ticket or subscription sales at concerts.
