Can't find your 2025-26
season Pass?

Your KCCA pass is for the entire five-concert 2025-26 season. Once you have it in hand, hold onto it!
When you purchased your pass for the upcoming 2025-26 KCCA season (which could have been way back in March!) you received a confirmation e-mail from the Kelowna Community Concert Association, with the subject line "Welcome to the KCCA's 2025-26 concert season!"
If you cannot immediately locate the e-mail, try searching your email system with the words in that subject line.
Near the top of the e-mail, you will see a blue button that you can click to "Download e-ticket".
It looks something like this:
When you click on the blue "Download e-ticket" button, a page will open that looks something like the next image, except that you will see your own name and e-mail address beside "Primary Subscription Buyer" and your pass will have a unique number in the top-right corner and a unique QR code at the bottom left.

If you bought more than one pass -- e.g. for your spouse, friend or children -- you will find them all, one after another, in the same file.
You can then simply save the pass(es) on your smartphone, either as a photo or a document file.

Unfortunately, our Zeffy ticketing platform does not support Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so that is not an option.

Alternatively, you can choose to print off your ticket. Even if you select a black-and-white setting on your printer, we realize that this could cost a fair bit of ink. One suggestion is to scale the image down on your printer settings; even if you shrink it down to 50%, that's big enough for us to read the QR code.

Whichever option you choose, please remember that this is your pass for the entire season. You will be using it up to five times!​​
