ABOUT us
With a loyal following for more than 50 years, the non-profit Kelowna Community Concert Association presents five first-class concerts a year, generally between September and May. Only professional artists of international and national stature and acclaim are selected to present a variety of music, theatre and dance with wide audience appeal.
Run entirely by volunteers, the KCCA receives no outside funding and does not solicit sponsors. Pre-selling affordable memberships ensures that we have the stable budget needed to assemble our ambitious programs. Each year we also donate two $500 scholarships to students of the Kelowna Community Music School.
Volunteers help with backstage refreshments for performers, mail-outs to members, stage managing, hosting receptions, and floral arrangements. We’re extremely grateful to our volunteers, who enable us to present these professional concerts at such a reasonable cost.
